During this year’s annual Benefits Open Enrollment period, October 26 through November 6, 2026, CPS has partnered with United Schools Associates (USA) to provide each school with a dedicated benefits counselor—making this one of the best engagement opportunities to support staff as they explore and understand their benefit options.

The USA team is a trusted partner that has been serving CPS employees for more than a decade and has had the endorsement of the Chicago Teachers Union since 2018. With this partnership, we hope to break down complex plan options into understandable terms for our employees, helping them make confident and informed decisions for their 2026 benefit elections.
